Gifted Iris Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as our part-time Clinical Director, providing clinical oversight, nurse delegation, and care plan leadership across our in-home and residential service lines. This role is responsible for ensuring clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and safe delegation of nursing tasks to trained direct-care staff in accordance with Oregon Board of Nursing (OSBN) and ODDS/OHA standards. You'll work closely with agency leadership, clients, families, and staff to maintain the highest standard of care on a flexible, part-time schedule.

Responsibilities:
Provide clinical oversight and leadership across client care plans and service lines
Perform nurse delegation of tasks to unlicensed direct-care staff in accordance with OSBN Division 47 standards
Train, competency-check, and monitor delegated staff on an ongoing basis
Develop and maintain individualized care plans to OAR 411-380-0030 standards
Review and approve clinical protocols (e.g., G-tube, seizure, respiratory, fall risk)
Ensure compliance with Oregon Health Authority, ODDS, and Medicaid/eXPRS regulations
Conduct chart audits and clinical quality reviews
Serve as clinical point of contact for regulatory inspections and compliance notices
Supervise and support clinical/DNS nursing staff
Respond to and help manage clinical incidents and escalations
Requirements:
Active, unrestricted Oregon RN license
Minimum 2–3 years of clinical leadership or supervisory experience, home care/DD services preferred
Working knowledge of Oregon nurse delegation rules (OSBN Division 47) and OAR Chapter 411/333
Experience with care plan development and clinical documentation systems
Strong leadership, training, and communication skills
Availability for part-time scheduled hours (flexible — 16–24 hrs/week)
Ability to travel to client homes and agency sites as needed
Ability to pass background check and required agency onboarding
