Gifted Iris Healthcare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as our part-time Clinical Director, providing clinical oversight, nurse delegation, and care plan leadership across our in-home and residential service lines. This role is responsible for ensuring clinical quality, regulatory compliance, and safe delegation of nursing tasks to trained direct-care staff in accordance with Oregon Board of Nursing (OSBN) and ODDS/OHA standards. You'll work closely with agency leadership, clients, families, and staff to maintain the highest standard of care on a flexible, part-time schedule.

Active, unrestricted Oregon RN license
Minimum 2–3 years of clinical leadership or supervisory experience, home care/DD services preferred
Working knowledge of Oregon nurse delegation rules (OSBN Division 47) and OAR Chapter 411/333
Experience with care plan development and clinical documentation systems
Strong leadership, training, and communication skills
Availability for part-time scheduled hours (flexible — 16–24 hrs/week)
Ability to travel to client homes and agency sites as needed
Ability to pass background check and required agency onboarding

This role delivers hands-on skilled nursing care in a home setting, following an individualized care plan and clinical protocols, while working closely with our Clinical Director and care team to ensure the highest standard of safety and quality of life for the client.

The HR & Compliance Coordinator is responsible for the full spectrum of human resources functions at Gifted Iris Healthcare, including talent acquisition, onboarding, personnel records management, credential tracking, training coordination, employee relations, and regulatory compliance. This position ensures the agency attracts and retains qualified caregivers and staff, maintains compliant personnel files, and upholds all applicable Oregon employment laws and DHS/ODHS/OHA regulatory requirements. The HR & Compliance Coordinator acts as a trusted resource for employees and managers and supports a workplace culture rooted in respect, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Working Conditions
• Primarily office-based work at the agency's Clackamas, OR location, with occasional local travel for recruitment events or off-site meetings.
• Standard office physical requirements: extended periods of sitting, computer use, occasional lifting up to 15 lbs (file boxes, supplies).
• Standard business-hours schedule; occasional flexibility needed to accommodate candidate interviews or urgent compliance deadlines.
Performance Standards
• New hire files are complete and compliant (background check, TB clearance, CPR, I-9, orientation training) before the employee provides independent client care.
• Credential expiration tracking is current, with renewal reminders issued on schedule and zero lapsed credentials for active staff.
• Personnel files pass internal self-audit and external state survey review with no more than minor, promptly-corrected findings.
• Recruitment pipeline supports staffing needs, with time-to-fill and offer-acceptance metrics tracked and reported monthly.
• Employee HR-related inquiries are addressed within 2 business days.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience
• Minimum 1–2 years of HR, recruiting, or administrative compliance experience; healthcare, home care, or social services setting strongly preferred.
• Experience with personnel recordkeeping and credential/license tracking systems preferred.
• Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation.
• PHR/SHRM-CP certification a plus, not required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Working knowledge of Oregon employment law, BOLI wage and hour rules, and I-9/E-Verify requirements.
• Familiarity with OAR Chapter 333 and 411 recordkeeping and licensing standards preferred; willingness to learn required.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, particularly with compliance deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint) and ability to learn agency-specific platforms (Home Care Pro, CareSmartz360, ADP RUN).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a small-agency environment.
